You have what it takes!

"...Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit, says the Lord Almighty:
 Zechariah 4:6 NIV

This morning I received Joel Osteen's Today's Word.  I'm not a fan of the politics of the man, but whoever writes his daily word is the anointed one. The word was on God's grace and favor.  After reading it, I took a long walk and as I walked, I repeated over and over again, "I have the grace and favor of God over my life."

God's grace and favor remove the pressure from life, a reminder that there's a divine plan:  I don't have to worry about meeting the right person, making the right call, being in the right place at the right time, and doing everything just perfectly.  I can even take off a day from the rules and regulations of life and just flow, not even bothering to stop with a period at the end of my thoughts. Please see the post below, My Life Without Periods, which I will add to when I feel like swinging from the ledge:)

Before I left for my walk, I had many things on my mind:  Financing SHOUT, a play, writing I want to complete, books completed to share, books I must read, plays I can't wait to see, two exceptional scripts that it would be nice to sell before I go to my grave (lol), service that I must do, and my personal family responsibilities. Mix all that together, and I can have a few anxious moments, at the very least, until I get a sweet reminder like today: "I have the grace and favor of God over my life."

And so do you.  No matter what goal is before you, what mountain you're climbing, I believe you have what it takes to succeed.  Don't be afraid of change, to make a mistake, or to hang from the ledge.  Trust Him and He will guide you.  You, my friend, have the grace and favor of God covering your life.

Peace be still,

Meme
