Trust Him during Times of Change!

Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name.
Your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil."
Matthew 6:9-13

When you go through transitions, you should turn into a sponge, soaking up all of life's lessons before the next season begins. During times of change, thirst for knowledge, read inspiring literature,  pray constantly, and meditate on His word.  Ask God to present all the information that you need to go forth filled with more wisdom, more grace, more forgiveness, and more love. Embrace peace and love, and accept, regardless of how it feels, that you're exactly where you're supposed to be at this very moment. Then no matter what you're leaving behind, you will receive more of all that life has to offer in the next season.  You will go from blessing to greater blessing.

I am transitioning into writing more, sharing more, and inspiring you more with this blog, books, plays, and... whatever He assigns. I am leaving behind a business situation where the money was wonderful, but the people were extremely negative.  And as I go through this change, the Lord’s Prayer above has been everywhere I looked, the underlined parts staring at me in the face.  I believe those lines have important information for those of us facing change:

Give us this day our daily bread (We should always take life a day at a time. No pressure, no worries, just handling one day at a time, especially when transitioning and undergoing a change. He will provide exactly what we need, a day at a time!)

And forgive us our debts (We must always remember that we’re not perfect, have hurt others, and always need to ask for forgiveness and mercy. Be clear about what part your behavior and thinking played in creating the situation you're leaving behind. Keep your heart open and forgive yourself.)

And we also have forgiven our debtors (Let Go of whatever you're transitioning from, release everyone involved, and forgive anyone who did you wrong.  Move forward with an open heart!)

Life is fun and exciting when we embrace change, and believe that God will provide everything that we need to move from blessing to greater blessing.

Stay inspired, have fun, and trust that God will provide all that you need in this new season.  He will.

xoxo,

Meme Kelly
